Safety is our top priority!

At Super Aqua Club, the safety of our visitors and employees is our top priority! Since the start of the pandemic, we are closely following the directives of the public health authorities and the Quebec lifeguarding society. We are constantly evaluating and adapting our health and safety measures to prevent the spread of Covid-19.

As these guidelines continue to evolve, we are making incremental adjustments and making every effort to share these changes with you.

Our guidelines

Super Aqua Club is committed to implementing a set of measures that will allow customers to have a safe experience. The respect of the measures put in place is a shared responsibility between Super Aqua Club, its employees and its visitors.

  1. Increased hygiene measures cleaning and disinfection guidelines to respect the measures  recommended by the National Institute of Public Health;
  2. Reducing the number of visitors who can access our site to offer you an optimal experience in complete safety;
  3. Addition of yellow markers on the ground to help you respect the physical distance of 2 meters in waiting lines and in circulation areas;
  4. Added disinfection stations at various attractions and on site to encourage frequent hand washing.
  5. Accessibility modifications for the Tornado, Sirocco and Typhoon to accommodate families of 2, 3 or 4 people.

6 things to know before your visit

  1. It is mandatory to purchase your daily tickets through our online ticketing platform.
  2. Please make sure that no one in your family has any symptoms of Covid-19. Please stay home and take care of yourself if symptoms are present.  
  3. Water attractions and facilities requiring more than 2 visitors in one float will need to be done by members of the same household.
  4. Masks or face coverings are not required to be worn on site, with the exception of the following indoor areas: the customer service office, the boutique, bathrooms and areas that do not allow for the physical distance of 2 meters. Please note that for safety reasons, masks may not be worn in the water attractions and pools.
  5. It is necessary to apply hygiene measures, especially frequent hand washing.
  6. It is essential to maintain a physical distance of 2 meters between you and other visitors.
