Frequently Asked Questions About Tickets

We invite you to purchase your tickets online to avoid waiting in line at the ticket office during your visit.
No, the final bill will be adjusted on the day of your visit. You will be charged for the number of participants present on the day of the visit.
Unfortunately, the price of the day pass is the same as for those who use all the slides, since we don’t have a system in place to identify people who don’t use the slides.
Since the weather is beyond our control, we cannot issue refunds. If management decides to close earlier than scheduled due to weather conditions, no refunds or rescheduling will be offered to our customers. For more details, please visit the Schedule and Weather page.
Unexpected things happen, and we understand that! That’s why our visitors can change their visit date up to 24 hours in advance, subject to certain conditions. You can make the change in your customer account. Additional fees may apply when making the change.
You are not required to purchase your day passes online, but we strongly recommend that you do so before visiting the Super Aqua Club. This will allow you to take advantage of discounted rates and gain access to exclusive packages.
Don’t worry! We check visitors’ heights at the ticket counter. If the ticket type you selected does not match the visitor’s actual height, we will issue a replacement ticket on the spot. You can then pay the price difference or receive a refund, depending on your situation.

Children under 36 inches tall can enter the park for free. No ticket purchase is required for them.
We offer reduced rates for people with disabilities. We are also pleased to offer free admission to one companion if the person holds an Accès 2 card or a CAL card only. To take advantage of this service, visitors must go to the customer service counter at the ticket office and present a valid card issued by one of the recognized organizations or institutions for people with reduced mobility, or a medical certificate, to obtain a reduced-rate ticket. Please don’t hesitate to ask for our assistance throughout your visit. Our staff will be happy to guide you and provide valuable information so you can make the most of your day.
We offer discounted rates for pregnant women. To take advantage of this offer, please visit the ticket office and let one of our staff members know. To help you make the most of your visit, you’ll find signs at the entrance to each attraction indicating whether or not it is recommended for pregnant women.
We offer a discounted rate for seniors aged 65 and older. You can purchase this type of ticket through our online ticket office.

Your day ticket is not valid for the evening time slot. You must purchase an evening ticket to come slide with us in the evening.
