- For any reason, we cease to provide the Platform’s services;
- Your use of the Platform has, in any way, been inappropriate or has violated the spirit of the Terms of Use;
- We reasonably believe that the Platform is at risk of fraud or abuse;
- Our IT infrastructure is malfunctioning, experiencing outages, or requires maintenance;
- We are ordered or advised to suspend access to the Platform by security services, a court, or a competent regulatory authority.
Each User of the Platform agrees, without limitation, not to:
- Use the Platform in any way that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair the Platform;
- Interfere with the security of, or otherwise abuse, the Platform or any services, system resources, servers, or networks connected to or accessible through the Platform or affiliated or linked sites;
- Disrupt or interfere with the use or enjoyment of the Platform by other users or of affiliated or linked services or sites;
- Upload, post, or otherwise transmit on the Platform any virus or other harmful, disruptive, or destructive file or program;
- Use any robot, spider, or other automated device or manual process to monitor or copy the Platform’s pages or content;
- Transmit through the Platform any emails, chain letters, spam, or other types of unsolicited mass communications;
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Platform or to portions of it where access is restricted.
In addition, the User agrees that they are solely responsible for all actions and communications carried out or transmitted by or on their behalf, and they agree to comply with all applicable laws regarding their use of or activities on the Platform.
Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise indicated, all intellectual property rights (trademarks, copyrights, etc.) (hereinafter “Intellectual Property”) related to the Platform are the exclusive property of SUPER AQUA CLUB. You may not copy or use the materials, structure, layout, menu, appearance, or characters displayed on the Platform without the explicit consent of SUPER AQUA CLUB.
Certain names, words, titles, phrases, logos, icons, graphics, designs, domain names, or other content on the Platform may constitute trademarks or trade names, whether registered or unregistered. These trademarks are protected by applicable Canadian and foreign laws and are the exclusive property of SUPER AQUA CLUB.
Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, the Intellectual Property elements belonging to SUPER AQUA CLUB include, without limitation:
- All logos, designs, graphics, photos, videos, trademarks (registered or unregistered), symbols, texts, expressions, words, as well as all general content of the Platform not already subject to intellectual property rights;
- All software, APIs, and materials made available through the Platform;
- All databases made available through the Platform;
- All content offered by the Platform for download.
Unless otherwise indicated, all information provided on the Platform belongs to SUPER AQUA CLUB and is protected by applicable laws. Such information may not be copied, displayed, distributed, modified, reproduced, or used for commercial purposes without the prior written consent of SUPER AQUA CLUB.
Images and text on the Platform that are downloaded, copied, saved, or printed remain subject to these terms. You must ensure that all copyright and trademark notices are retained.

Nothing in these terms shall be interpreted as granting the User any license or right whatsoever. Any unauthorized downloading, retransmission, copying, or modification may violate applicable laws and expose the User to legal action.
Subject to applicable laws, the uploading, creation, submission, or storage of content by the User grants SUPER AQUA CLUB a non-exclusive, royalty-free, transferable, and sub-licensable worldwide license. This license authorizes SUPER AQUA CLUB to host, use, modify, reproduce, or distribute your content solely for the purposes of operating, promoting, or improving its services. If you wish to terminate this license, you may do so by deleting your account or by requesting its deletion at info@superaquaclub.com
External Links
When using a hyperlink, the User may leave the Platform to access external content (hereinafter “External Websites”). SUPER AQUA CLUB has no control over the content of these External Websites and assumes no responsibility for their accuracy, precision, completeness, or adequacy. Any liability of SUPER AQUA CLUB for direct or indirect damages related to the use of content from these External Websites is excluded. Responsibility lies solely with their operators. Users are strongly encouraged to review the terms of use and privacy policies of these External Websites.
Furthermore, SUPER AQUA CLUB cannot guarantee that these External Websites comply with applicable laws, nor that they are free from viruses or other harmful components.
Social Media
The following terms apply when you access a social media page, a User account, a website, or a network managed by a social media platform (collectively, “Social Media”).
By using SUPER AQUA CLUB’s Social Media pages and submitting any comment, photo, video, or other content, you agree to be bound by our Terms of Use and Privacy Policy, as well as those of third-party Social Media providers. You also consent to SUPER AQUA CLUB copying, editing, publishing, translating, and distributing your content posted on Social Media, without compensation.
Some comments displayed on Social Media pages may not reflect the opinions of SUPER AQUA CLUB. Accordingly, you agree not to post content that falls into any of the categories described below:
- Any defamatory content;
- Abusive content;
- Infringing content;
- Obscene content;
- Misleading content;
- Illegal content;
- Content that otherwise violates the rights (including privacy rights) of others;
- Any content containing advertising;
- Promotional materials or any form of unsolicited solicitation;

SUPER AQUA CLUB places particular importance on the protection of personal information and is committed to complying with applicable laws in Quebec, including the Act respecting the protection of personal information in the private sector (Law 25), as well as any other applicable legislation.
