General Terms and Conditions
- Reservations must be made at least 48 hours in advance. Please note that we reserve the right to decline reservation requests based on availability.
- No deposit is required to secure the reservation, and no cancellation fees apply.
- The final bill will be calculated based on the actual number of participants present on-site on the day of the visit.
- Only one payment per group is accepted, in accordance with our payment policy (no individual payments on-site).
- In case of bad weather, a rescheduling may be considered depending on availability.
- Groups must adhere to the agreed-upon arrival time as much as possible to facilitate check-in.

What are the payment options for groups?
The payment process for your activity is simple. You can pay on-site on the day of your visit (cash, credit card, debit card, or check) or take advantage of a 30-day payment window. If you choose the 30-day payment plan, an invoice will be provided on the day of your visit based on the actual number of participants. We ask that you send us payment by check within the following 30 days. Interest may apply in the event of a late payment.
