Is wearing a life jacket mandatory on the inflatable water course in the lake?

Yes. Wearing an approved life jacket is mandatory at all times on the inflatable water course, for all participants, regardless of age or swimming ability. Life jackets are provided on site.

Do you need to know how to swim to use the inflatable modules?

Yes. All participants must be able to swim independently, as both access to the course and potential falls occur in deep water.

How long can you stay on the inflatable course?

Each time slot includes 20 minutes of active play on the course, plus 10 minutes allocated for getting to and from the structure. This schedule is designed to ensure safety, enjoyment, and a fair experience for all participants.

Is there a maximum capacity on the inflatable courses?

Yes. To ensure everyone’s safety, the maximum capacity is set at 160 participants for the Himalaya course and 120 for the Wipe-Zone, in accordance with the manufacturer’s recommendations. These limits help provide a safe, enjoyable, and well-managed experience.

Do parents need to accompany their children on the inflatable course?

Yes. Children must be accompanied by an adult on the inflatable course, especially if they are young or less experienced. A parent’s presence helps ensure a safe, enjoyable, and memorable experience for everyone.
