Compensation Process
- Online Purchases: The Flex compensation ticket is automatically sent by email. No further action is required.
- On-Site Purchases (No Email): Guests must scan the QR code displayed on-site and complete the online form to receive their compensation ticket. This must be done within 48 hours of the visit. After this period, no compensation will be issued.
Validity:
The compensation ticket is valid for the current season. However, any Weather Guarantee issued on or after August 1 will be valid for the remainder of the current season and the following season.
