Conditions of sale

The terms and conditions mentioned on this page are additional to those presented on the ticket. Please note that identification (ID and credit card) may be requested at any time to validate the accuracy of orders.


The Super Aqua Club team is pleased to welcome you this summer and is committed to implementing numerous measures to prevent the spread of Covid-19 and ensure the safety of you and our employees. The customer acknowledges that he/she has read and understands all the measures and procedures put in place by the company to reduce and control the risk of infection with COVID-19. The customer understands that these measures and procedures are mandatory and that the customer must comply with them.

The client also understands that in order to protect the health, safety and physical integrity of its clients and employees, the company must ensure that the measures put in place are applied and that it must intervene in case of default. The customer understands that SUPER AQUA CLUB 2019 INC. must reduce its on-site traffic to protect its customers and employees. That being said, the company reserves the right to refuse anyone who does not have a ticket when park capacity is reached.

Conditions related to the Signature Cabanas

Prices for private cabanas may vary during high and low seasons. The cost of a Signature Cabana does not include admission tickets. The customer agrees to purchase their ticket through the online ticketing service or on site. The space is rented for a full day. Signature Cabana reservations are non-refundable, non-exchangeable, non-transferable and non-cashable. In the event of park closure due to weather conditions, private cabana reservations will be transferable to a later date based on availability. SUPER AQUA CLUB (2019) INC. reserves the right to refuse a transfer if no cabana is available. Reservations must be made no more than 48 hours in advance. SUPER AQUA CLUB (2019) INC. reserves the right to refuse a reservation if not made 48 hours in advance. Private cabanas accommodate a limited number of people. No additional people will be tolerated. Only those wearing a VIP wristband are allowed in the private area. Present your reservation confirmation at the main entrance. They will direct you to the location of your private cabana. At the time of reservation, a credit card number will be requested and the private cabana will be charged.

Conditions related to group reservations

Group reservations must be made at least 48 hours prior to your visit. We reserve the right to refuse a reservation when the group reservation capacity is reached. Only one payment per reservation. Payments differ depending on the type of group. A member of our team will tell you how to pay.

Conditions related to the rental of lockers

No refunds or exchanges will be accepted if the locker rental is not used. The locker rental has no cash value. Rentals are for one full day. For safety purposes, the following items are strictly prohibited from being stored inside the lockers:

  • Flammable, corrosive, dangerous or toxic items or products.
  • Drugs, alcohol and all other substances prohibited at the SUPER AQUA CLUB (2019) INC.

The SUPER AQUA CLUB (2019) INC. administration reserves the right to check the contents of a locker if it deems that it contains items that could endanger the safety of the clientele and/or the staff. SUPER AQUA CLUB (2019) INC. is not responsible for lost or stolen items. 

Conditions related to cashless payment

Activating your AQUA+ wristband

ID verification is required before activating your bracelet at the entrance. You will need to present a photo ID and show the credit card with which you completed your online purchase. RFID dollars added to an AQUA+ wristband can be used from one season to the next. AQUA+ wristbands are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

Outstanding balance on your bracelet at the end of your day on regular orange wristband :

If you have an outstanding balance of Super Aqua Club dollars remaining at the end of your visit to the park, we will gladly give you the remaining balance on the credit card you made the purchase with. The dollars that are given (for example during a promotion) by Super Aqua Club are not refundable.

RFID Super Aqua Club 2024 Dollars (promotion):

RFID Super Aqua Club Dollars earned during a promotion are non-refundable, non-exchangeable and non-redeemable. They must be used during the 2024 season, which ends on September 2nd, 2024. No transfer of RFID Super Aqua Club 2024 dollars will be accepted for future seasons.

Conditions related to Family packages

All tickets must be used on the same day during the 2024 season. No refunds or transfers will be allowed for these packages. These packages are not redeemable for cash. Cannot be combined with any promotional offer.

Conditions related to season passes

Season memberships are non-refundable, non-monetary and non-transferable (except with medical evidence, see transfer conditions below). SUPER AQUA CLUB 2019 INC. reserves the right to change prices without notice. SUPER AQUA CLUB 2019 INC. reserves the right to charge you the difference in price if your age does not match the age listed on the membership purchased. SUPER AQUA CLUB 2019 INC. reserves the right to charge you the difference in price if the membership purchased is a renewal in the event that you only qualify for the “new member” rate. The age indicated on the season pass must be the age the member will be during the 2024 summer (June to August 2024). You must keep your season pass bracelet every year, a 5$ fee will be charged in case the bracelet is lost.

Subscription and Day Ticket Cancellation/Refund Policy

Transfer of a FIXED DATE 1-day ticket

The FIXED DATE 1-day ticket cannot be transferred to another day. The FIXED DATE 1-day ticket must be used on the dates indicated on the ticket. In case of transfer of the daily ticket to a third person of a different category with a lower price, no refund of the difference in amount will be made. If the ticket is transferred to someone in a higher price category, it is possible to pay the difference and receive admission to the park.

Transfers are subject to acceptance and approval by SUPER AQUA CLUB (2019) INC. and the company reserves the right to change this policy at any time.

Conditions for the purchase of a “Hospitality Companion” ticket or season pass

The Super Aqua Club accepts Accès 2 and CAL cards for all people requiring a companion during their visit at our park. Please note that the accompanying person must be present at all times. When you visit, you must present one of the two cards to obtain free admission for the companion.

For season passes, we ask you to purchase them by phone. We will ask you to send us a photo of your Accès 2 or CAL card, as well as a photo of the companion and the person with special needs.


In accordance with the Terms of Use, SUPER AQUA CLUB (2019) INC. does not offer refunds or exchanges for tickets purchased through the Super Aqua Club Ticket Office. In addition, tickets and season passes purchased are subject to an additional non-refundable administration fee. To the extent that a refund is offered, SUPER AQUA CLUB (2019) INC. agrees to refund only the price of the product, excluding any additional fees that may have applied in the transaction.

Before purchasing your tickets and/or season pass, please make sure to verify your personal information, your contact information and the type of product you have chosen.

Please note that in case of rain, thunderstorms, low attendance, equipment functionality (breakage, power failure, etc.) SUPER AQUA CLUB (2019) INC. reserves the right to modify the opening hours without prior notice. In other words, no refund and/or compensation will be issued.

FIXED DATE 1-day tickets are valid only once and exclusively for the date indicated on the tickets and will be scanned when you enter the waterpark. Please make sure to select the date and size ( for each person) for each of your tickets when purchasing.

FIXED DATE and FLEX tickets are non-refundable, non-exchangeable and non-cashable.

SUPER AQUA CLUB (2019) INC. is not responsible if tickets are copied without permission and/or used by another person. This is a final sale and quantities are limited.

Site Operation Policy

Please note that no refunds and/or compensations will be issued in the event of a park closure.

It is the client’s responsibility to check the weather forecast before entering the park. Please note that the management team reserves the right to modify the opening hours of the park without prior notice. Please also note that when the Super Aqua Club management team decides to close the site before starting operations, this decision is irrevocable.

Weather Conditions

In the event of heavy rain and/or thunderstorms, the facilities will temporarily close until the storm is over. In the event that weather conditions do not improve, SUPER AQUA CLUB (2019) INC. reserves the right to cease operations entirely for safety reasons. In the event of light rain, operational activities can proceed safely. Therefore, no refunds or transfers of tickets will be accepted despite the rain.


In the event of poor weather conditions lasting a full day that could affect park operations, the decision to close the park is made before 7:30 a.m. the same morning. The information is transmitted on the various information platforms (website, Facebook page, telephone, messaging). It is therefore the client’s responsibility to check the opening hours on these platforms before going to Super Aqua Club. In the event that a client comes to the park and the park is closed, SUPER AQUA CLUB (2019) INC. is released from any responsibility.


In the event of low attendance on the Super Aqua Club site, management reserves the right to operate its slides on a rotating basis. All attractions will be open at one time during operating hours.  Management also reserves the right to close the park early in the event of low attendance.

Operations of attractions/equipments

In the event of equipment failure, management reserves the right to close the attraction in question for an indefinite period of time. In the event of a power failure, Super Aqua Club (2019) inc. is not responsible and will not offer any refund and/or compensation to its visitors. Furthermore, the management reserves the right to close the entire park for an indefinite period of time.We also reserve the right to close a queue or attraction before the park closes, without notice.

Policy in case one loses a season pass or day ticket

The connected bracelet that serves as a season pass remains the property of SUPER AQUA CLUB (2019) INC. In the case where one loses the bracelet, the subscriber will have to pay a $5.00 fee to get a new one. This fee is non-refundable, even if the original wristband is found. In 2020, the Super Aqua Club decided to adopt a eco-friendly behavior in its method of doing business. As a result, the customer must keep his or her connected bracelet throughout the years.

 In case of loss of the daily tickets, the administration is able to reprint the tickets and/or send them back to the customer via their email address.

Payment Policy

Super Aqua Club (2019) Inc. accepts MasterCard and Visa credit cards. Debit cards, temporary use cards (prepaid cards) and Paypal accounts are not accepted for the purchase of products available on our online ticketing service.

Following your purchase of a daily ticket and/or season pass, Super Aqua Club (2019) Inc. will send you a confirmation email and your invoice when the purchase process is completed.

An ID may be requested for the purpose of verifying the identity of the order. In addition, when reserving a Signature Space or purchasing all-in-one day tickets, an ID will automatically be requested in order to verify the identity of your purchase.

Prohibited items

The following items are prohibited: alcoholic beverages, barbecues, glass containers, drugs and cannabis, weapons and knives, shishas, animals, and inflatable objects. We reserve the right to evict you if any of these items are found on the park.

Responsibility Policy

The use of the facilities involves certain inherent risks and dangers as well as safety regulations and instructions. By purchasing a season or day pass, the client agrees to abide by these rules and regulations and accepts full responsibility for damages of any kind. In the event of non-compliance with the rules, the management of Super Aqua Club (2019) inc. reserves the right to deny access to the facilities up to and including expulsion from the site. In these situations, no refund and/or compensation will be issued.
