*To take advantage of the benefits included with your 2026 season pass, you must present your green wristband when making purchases at the boutique and our food service locations to receive your 15% discount. No refunds or adjustments will be made if the wristband is not presented to the employee at the time of the transaction.

The ESSENTIAL Season Pass gives you unlimited access to our water park in 2027 only. No other benefits are included with this season pass.

The BENEFITS+ Pass offers you the following benefits:

• Unlimited visits during the 2027 season
• 15% off at our food and beverage outlets (excluding alcoholic beverages) and at the gift shop (on regular prices only)
• 30% off locker rentals
• 30% off a guest ticket (maximum one ticket per member, per visit—purchase on-site only and in the member’s presence)
• 15% off private areas
• 1 free day pass (valid for the 2027 season)

In accordance with our policies, season passes are non-refundable, non-exchangeable, and non-transferable. If you are unable to use your season pass for medical reasons, please contact our customer service at 450-473-1013 or by email. Kindly provide a valid medical certificate or proof to support your request.

No. Season passes are strictly personal. Members are not allowed to give access to anyone who is not a member or does not have their own season pass wristband. Each pass is linked to a photo taken at the time of first use, which helps us verify the passholder’s identity. Anyone attempting to use someone else’s pass will be denied entry.

Yes. Wearing your wristband is always mandatory to access the site and throughout your visit. It also allows you to enjoy your exclusive member privileges all season long.

Don’t worry. If your wristband is lost, simply visit the admission counter, a new wristband will be issued for a fee of $4.35 + tax.If you forgot your wristband, our team will verify your identity, add a note to your file to prevent misuse, and provide you with a temporary wristband for the day. Depending on the situation, a refundable deposit of $4.35 + tax may be required.

Season pass pricing is based on the visitor’s age as of June 1. A valid ID may be required on your first visit to verify age.

A reduced rate is available for pregnant women and individuals with special needs who hold an Accès 2 card or a Leisure Companion Card (CAL). To obtain this type of pass, please contact our customer service at 450-473-1013.

On your first visit, go to the customer service counter at the ticket booth with your order number. A photo ID will be required for each passholder, and a photo will be taken to link the wristband to its user. We will then give you your green smart wristbands, which you can keep and reuse season after season.

Your season pass is valid only during the following daytime hours:

June 13–21: 10:00 AM–5:00 PM

June 22–August 16: 10:00 AM–6:30 PM

August 17–30 and September 5–7: 10:00 AM–5:00 PM

August 31 to September 4: Closed

To enjoy our attractions open in the evening, you must purchase an evening ticket. However, season pass holders are eligible for a discounted rate on evening tickets. To purchase a ticket, please contact us or visit us in person on the day of the evening you wish to attend.
