Members of our extended family enjoy a number of exclusive benefits all summer long. For the 2024 season, members get:

• 15% discount on regular-priced items in the boutique
• 15% discount on regular-priced items at our restaurants (excluding alcoholic beverages)
• 30% discount on regular-priced daily ticket (Maximum 1 ticket per member per visit – To be purchased on site only in the member’s presence)
• 50% discount on daily locker rental at regular price

• 10% at the boutique and at our food and beverage outlets at all times on regularly priced products;
• 40% off daily tickets;
• 50% on locker rentals.

In accordance with our refund policies, season passes are non-refundable, non-exchangeable and non-transferable. In the event that you are unable to use your season pass for medical reasons, please contact one of our agents to inquire about your options and have medical proof of your incapacity. If no valid proof is provided, we reserve the right to refuse the refund exception.

It is strictly forbidden for members to give access to another person who is not a member or who does not have their season pass bracelet. Each season pass is associated with a photo which enables us to verify the identity of the person concerned.

No. Season pass holders benefit from an important advantage. All they have to do is turn up on the desired date and scan their wristband to enter the site.

If you lose your season pass, don’t worry! Just show up at admission and we’ll replace your bracelet for $5. If you forget your bracelet, we’ll validate your identity and give you a temporary bracelet for the day. Please note that a $5 deposit is required for the loan of the bracelet.

Welcome to the Super Aqua Club family!

On your first visit, please present your order number to customer service at the ticket office. We’ll ask for identification for each visitor and give you your access wristbands.

You’ll need to wear your wristband on every visit to gain access to the site. In the event of loss or theft, you will be charged $5 plus tax for the replacement of your bracelet.
