Frequently asked questions about attractions

Is the water in the pools heated?

The wave pool and the Zéphyr river are heated between 75 °C and 80 °C.

Are there height and weight restrictions for the attractions?

Yes. Each attraction has its own restrictions to ensure your safety. These limits are set by the manufacturers and are strictly enforced by our team. You can consult the detailed description sheet for each attraction or refer to the summary chart of attractions here. For specific questions, please contact our customer service team.

Are rash guards allowed on the attractions?

Yes. Synthetic, form-fitting swim shirts are permitted as long as they stay snug against the body to prevent them from riding up over the face in the water.

Can I wear prescription glasses or sunglasses on the slides?

Yes, as long as they are equipped with a safety strap securely fastened behind the head.

However, they are not allowed on high-speed attractions or those involving impacts, such as: Super Chutes, Tourbillon, the Wipe-Zone, Himalaya, the Tarzan rope, and Rafales.

Are water shoes permitted on the slides?

Yes, water shoes are allowed on slides with tubes or mats, as long as they are securely fastened at the ankle. However, they are strictly prohibited on body slides, as they may cause riders to stop abruptly inside the slide. Please note that we are not responsible for lost water shoes during sliding or in the lake.

Are wetsuits allowed?

Yes, if they are snug-fitting and have a cover for the zipper. No cords should be exposed for safety reasons.

Is the burkini allowed in the slides and attractions?

Yes, under certain conditions. The burkini must have a hood or headpiece attached to the tunic that covers the neck and upper chin. Loose garments (e.g., scarves, baggy shirts) are not allowed for safety reasons.

Do I need to know how to swim to use the slides?

Some high-speed or free-fall slides end in deep pools or in the lake. Therefore, it is MANDATORY to know how to swim to use these attractions. Warning signs are posted at the entrance of the slides concerned. If there is any doubt about your swimming abilities, you should refrain from using the slide.
