Terms and conditions of sale
1. General Provisions These conditions apply to anyone making a purchase or accessing the site of Super Aqua Club (2019) Inc. They complement the information provided on tickets and also apply to anyone present on-site.
2. Identification An official photo ID may be required at any time to verify identity, age, or purchase validity. In the event of refusal or inability to verify, access may be denied without refund.
3. Park Access Conditions Children aged 12 and over may access the park alone. Children 11 and under must be accompanied by an adult aged 18 or older at all times. Children remain under the responsibility of their parents or guardians. The park cannot be held responsible for incidents or injuries in the absence of supervision.
4. Health and Operational Measures The client agrees to comply with any health measures imposed by authorities or by Super Aqua Club (2019) Inc. at all times. The company may restrict access or adjust park capacity to ensure everyone’s safety.
5. Inherent Risks and Liability By accessing the site, the client acknowledges the inherent risks associated with the use of aquatic facilities. They agree to follow all posted instructions and park rules. Any behavior deemed dangerous, disrespectful, intimidating, or non-compliant may result in immediate expulsion without refund. Management’s judgment is final.
6. Lifeguard Supervision Lifeguards are present at certain attractions, but their presence does not replace the vigilance of responsible adults. Clients are responsible for their own safety and for the safety of children under their care.
7. Mandatory Swimwear Proper swimwear is required in all aquatic areas. Street clothes, underwear, or any clothing deemed inappropriate by management are prohibited in aquatic installations.
8. Physical and Medical Restrictions Some attractions have height, weight, or medical restrictions. It is the client’s responsibility to read the posted signage and comply with the stated requirements. Staff may deny access to an attraction for safety reasons.
9. Personal Belongings, Theft, and Vandalism Super Aqua Club (2019) Inc. is not responsible for lost, stolen, damaged, or vandalized items, whether on-site or in the parking lots.
10. Video Surveillance The site is under video surveillance at all times for safety purposes. By entering the premises, the client consents to being filmed.
11. Behavior Within the Facilities Running, pushing, climbing in restricted areas, or blocking slides is prohibited. Any inappropriate or dangerous behavior may result in expulsion without refund.
12. Fraud and Forgery Any attempt to forge, duplicate, resell, or fraudulently use tickets, wristbands, or passes will result in denied access or expulsion without refund. Legal action may be taken. Wristbands must be worn at all times on the wrist.
13. Sale Conditions by Product Type
Signature Cabanas: Price varies by season. Entry tickets not included. Daily rental only. Non-refundable, non-exchangeable, non-transferable. In case of park closure, rescheduling may be offered subject to availability. Access is strictly limited to VIP wristband holders. Reservations must be made 48 hours in advance. Credit card payment required at the time of booking.
Group Reservations: Must be made 48 hours in advance. Limited capacity. One single payment accepted per reservation. Payment method depends on the type of group.
Locker Rentals: Non-refundable, non-transferable, no cash value. Valid for one day only. Prohibited items: flammable products, drugs, alcohol, dangerous items. Management reserves the right to inspect locker contents. No liability in case of theft or loss.
Balance on Regular Orange Wristband: Purchased dollars can be refunded to the original credit/debit card. Promotional dollars are neither refundable nor transferable.
Promotional RFID Dollars: Valid only for the 2025 season (until September 1). No transfers or refunds allowed.
Family Packages: All tickets must be used on the same day. Non-refundable, non-transferable, not redeemable for cash. Cannot be combined with other promotions.
Season Passes: Non-refundable, non-transferable, not redeemable for cash (unless with medical proof). Prices may change without notice. Wristbands must be kept each year; replacement fee is $5 if lost. Rate is based on age as of June 1, 2026.
Cancellation/Refund Policy: No refunds for season passes or day tickets. Valid only for the season of purchase. No rescheduling without valid proof. Fixed-date tickets are non-transferable. If transferred to a person in a lower price category, no refund of the difference. If transferred to a higher category, the difference must be paid.
Hospitality Tickets and Passes (CAL or Access 2 cards): Companion must be present with the person requiring assistance. Card presentation is mandatory. Pass must be purchased by phone with photo of both the card and the individuals.
Site Operations: Super Aqua Club may modify its operating hours without notice. No refund in case of closure due to weather, low attendance, equipment failure, etc. In case of storm, attractions close temporarily. In case of light rain, activities proceed as usual.
Lost Tickets or Passes: Lost wristbands can be replaced for a $5 fee. Day tickets can be reprinted or resent by email.
Payment: Only Visa and MasterCard are accepted. Debit cards, prepaid cards, and PayPal are not accepted. Purchase confirmation and receipt are sent via email. Applicable taxes are the client’s responsibility.
Prohibited Items: Drugs, alcohol, glass containers, barbecues, shishas, weapons, animals, loudspeakers, inflatable objects. Any offender may be expelled without notice.
14. Force Majeure Super Aqua Club (2019) Inc. shall not be held responsible for any failure or interruption of service due to force majeure, including but not limited to pandemics, breakdowns, disasters, strikes, vandalism, extreme weather, or any situation beyond its control.
15. Cooperation with Authorities Super Aqua Club (2019) Inc. cooperates with law enforcement in the event of illegal or violent behavior on site. Video footage and relevant information may be shared with authorities.
16. Acceptance of Terms By purchasing a ticket or season pass, or by entering the site, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to all of the above terms and conditions. Failure to comply may result in immediate expulsion without refund. These terms may be updated at any time without notice. The current version is the one published on the official website of Super Aqua Club (2019) Inc.
17. Promotions, Offers, and System Errors All promotions, credits, or special offers are subject to specific conditions and may not be combined, transferred, or resold without written authorization from Super Aqua Club (2019) Inc. In the event of a system, availability, or pricing error, the company reserves the right to cancel or reject any order without notice or compensation.
18. Image Rights By accessing the site, the client agrees that photos or videos may be taken during regular park activities for promotional or safety purposes. If you do not wish to appear, please inform a manager upon arrival.
19. Personal Data Super Aqua Club (2019) Inc. is committed to protecting the confidentiality of its clients’ personal information in accordance with applicable laws. No data will be shared with third parties without your consent, except when required by law.
20. Validity of Terms These conditions constitute the entire agreement between the parties. Any prior version is considered null and replaced by the present version. In case of contradiction between a paper version, previous version, or other communication, the version published on the website prevails.
